Twilight Bowl 1 bottle of dry white wine ½ litre of strong black current syrup 1 bottle of lemon soda Ice cubes
Place the bowl as cold as possible and add sliced lemons and fresh or frozen strawberries just before serving. As you serve add a bottle of sparkling soda water.
To give the bowl a little more bite you may add a measure of gin or some sherry, but this is absolutely not needed.
Summer Dance 5 dl. sugar 1 litre of water The yellow from the peel and the juice from one lemon 2 bottles of dry white wine
Boil the sugar and water with the lemon peel, strain a put it in the fridge. Add the wine and some strawberry syrup to make it pink. Put inthe freezer until it is half frozen and cut into slices and serve in wide glasses.

Golddigger Place 1 litre of cloudberries in a bowl and add 3 dl. rum, let it rest for a couple of hours under lid. Add a little water and a lot of ice cubes and just before serving 1 bottle of dry white wine. If you feel that the bowl is a little to strong add some cold water.
The Green Danger 1 bottle of white wine ½ dl. of Creme de Menthe or Green Curaçao Ice cubes Cherries
Good looking this one, but strong.
Summer Flirt 1 bottle of red wine 1 litre of water 3 dl. sugar
Dissolve the sugar in the water and cool. Mix it all and place a halved tinned pear in each glass before serving.
As you Like It 1 bottle of Spanish white wine 2 dl. sherry 1 litre of iced water 200 gr. sugar A sliced lemon or tinned peaches
Mix it all together and place a halved tinned peach in each glass before serving.
