Recipe:
2 eggs
100 gram sugar
1 dl sherry
6 sheets of gelatine
25 grams off almonds
25 gram of cocktail berries
25 grams of chocolate
3 dl of cream (save some for the garnish)
Whip the sugar and 2 egg yolks and ad the sherry and dissolved gelatine. Chop the almonds, cocktail berries and chocolate (save some for the garnish) and fold it carefully into the mix together with the 2 whipped egg whites and whipped cream. pour the mix into a bowl when it starts to set and garnish with whipped cream, almonds, cocktail berries and chocolate.
