1 tbspn. (1/2 oz.) fresh cream
3/4 oz. creme cu cacao
1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) gin
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into glass.
3/4 oz. fresh cream
1 oz. green creme de menthe
Shake well with cracked ice or mix in an electric blender.
Strain into cocktail glass.
1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) brandy
1/2 jigger (3/4 oz.) white creme de menthe
Shake with cracked ice and strain into glass
1 part white creme de menthe
1 part Southern Comfort
Pour creme de menthe into a cordial glass. Float Sothern Comfort,
filling glass to top and ignite. when flame dies, cool down and serve.
Hot black coffee
Balance tablespoon of Sothern Comfort over a cup of coffee.
Ignite fumes rising from the liquer. As flames fades, pour into coffee.
St Louis cocktail
1/2 peach or apricot
Put fruit in sorbet or champagne glass. Add cracked ice, fill with Southern comfort. Serve with spoon and straw.
