2 Eggs
4,5 oz. sugar
4,5 oz. brown sugar
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground clove
10 cardamom seeds, ground
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup of sour cream
13,5 oz. of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of butter
For the tin:
1/2 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of corn flour
Mix the sugar and eggs well and add the spices, the melted butter and the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. Grease a tin well, drizzle in corn flour and turn the tin over so that all that doesn’t stick to the butter is remove. Pour in the cake mix and bake in medium hot oven for 30 – 40 minutes.
